We each get one life. As a leader you have the opportunity to influence many lives, and impact those lives in a positive way.

Liz is a registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 20 years experience specialising in the areas of psychological wellbeing and its impact on quality of life and workplace performance.

Liz holds a depth of experience in supporting and addressing mental health and trauma impacts on individuals, as well as coaching for individual personal development, executive and leadership coaching, and specialised expertise in high-risk and high-performance environments.

She is an expert in psychological safety and trauma-informed practice, as well as team culture and its impact on organisational performance. Whilst high performance for teams and organisations has been a significant part of her career history, she also has a passion for supporting individuals.

We questioned each of our team to gather what they've learnt on their personal journey:

What are three words that describe you?

Compassionate, insightful, dynamic

What's the biggest impact coaching can have on an organisation and individual?

The most significant impact of coaching is transformative growth. It empowers individuals with self-awareness, goal clarity, and enhanced skills, leading to improved performance and improved quality in their performance. For organisations, coaching fosters a culture of learning and innovation, bringing awareness towards areas to either enhance or engage, driving overall effectiveness and sustainable success (high performance).

In any organisation, what do you see as the difference between good and great?

The difference between a good organisation and a great one lies in their ability to inspire with a compelling vision, and to be able to foster a culture of psychological safety, innovation, and excellence, bringing about sustainable performance.

If you had all the world's leaders in one room, what would you like them to know?

We each get one life. As a leader you have the opportunity to influence many lives, and impact those lives in a positive way. Be brave, be kind... always.
