Coaching can be truly transformative, changing the way people think, feel, behave and make decisions. It changes the way people relate to themselves and others.

Justin has worked extensively with leaders across Australia and internationally in areas such as building high-performing teams, emotional intelligence, dealing with stress, conflict management, and resilience. He also regularly coaches leaders, providing a space for reflection, insight, focus, and growth.

We questioned each of our team to gather what they've learnt on their personal journey:

What are three words that describe you?

Warm, Curious, Optimistic

What's the biggest impact coaching can have on an organisation and individual?

It can be truly transformative, changing the way people think, feel, behave and make decisions. It changes the way people relate to themselves and others.

In any organisation, what do you see as the difference between good and great?

Good organisations do the basics well. Good process, fairness, and invest in their people. Great organisations inspire their people to be better, innovate, challenge themselves and others, and stretch themselves. Motivation is intrinsic and there is clear purpose. Everyone has a genuine voice that is taken seriously.

If you had all the world's leaders in one room, what would you like them to know?

That we are all a lot more similar than we may think. We have similar needs and desires and fears, and if we can really get this, then we feel compassion for others and make better decisions.

The best advice you've ever been given…

There are no shortcuts. Hard work and effort are the only factor truly in our control and the most important component of success.
