Together with experts in leadership, culture change, psychosocial risk management, and trauma, we delved into key topics that are essential for navigating the complexities of workplace dynamics and creating healthy cultures in the workplace.
In this practical and insightful session, we created the space for a multi-lens discussion on surfacing hidden dynamics, why it's important, and what to watch out for along the way.
