As leaders, we can have a limited line of sight into all team dynamics. What is happening in our teams is not always obvious or visible.

Untapped potential, strategic capabilities, underlying tensions, power struggles, siloed behaviour, bullying, and communication breakdowns often stem from unaddressed dynamics that stay hidden beneath the surface.

If left unaddressed, these dynamics can lead to dysfunctional pockets of your workforce or entire work environment, hindering collaboration, culture change, and transformation. Hidden from plain sight can also include key strengths, capabilities, and opportunities to collaborate.

Together with experts in leadership, culture change, psychosocial risk management, and trauma, we delved into key topics that are essential for navigating the complexities of workplace dynamics and creating healthy cultures in the workplace.

In this practical and insightful session, we created the space for a multi-lens discussion on surfacing hidden dynamics, why it's important, and what to watch out for along the way. We were joined by panellists, Nicole Hercus, Executive Coach and Leadership Development and Culture Change Specialist, David Lawson, Executive Coach, Registered Psychologist and OD Specialist, Justin Simmonds, Clinical and Consulting Psychologist and Executive Coach, and Mary Lemonis, experienced Chief People Officer.
